This is a national organ of Film Producers/Copyright Holders that dominate Uganda’s Film market. The guild was fully registered on 6th September 2018 and launched on 1st November 2018.

Management
The guild is administered by the board of directors elected by the Annual General Assembly as the supreme organ of the body. The 21stJune 2019 AGM elected the following members of the board:
