Association of Cinematographic Exhibitors Limited
ACEL is a body of Cinema/Video hall owners and operators that caters for the interests of film exhibitors. Cinema halls (also locally known as ebibanda) have been around for over two decades and they are a major film exhibition platform for films in Uganda.
These halls stretch across the country and are common in slums/ghetto places where they have survived and still grow across time. Of recent, exhibitors identified the need to revitalize the business through organization and standard policing and thus, the establishment of ACEL.

- Attach a copy of your valid National ID/Passport/Driving Permit
