In 2016, the Short film “Drawn Together”, where he starred as lead, graced festivals around the world, Including, Official Selection ( Durban International Film Festival-2016), Official Selection (Cameroon International Film Festival 2016) , Official Selection Uganda Film Festival 2016, Official Selection (Kampala Short Film Festival 2016)

Drawn Together was also nominated in five different Categories at the 6th Edition of the Pearl International Film Festival 2016, for Best Male Actor in a Short Film (Mutebi Andrew Elvis), Best Short Film (Won), Best Short Film Screenplay, Best Set Design/Production Designer (Short & Feature Film), Best Editor (Short & Feature Film.
